You agree that when using eymore.com to shop for products, You agree that you understand that your paying the actual seller using their own Paypal, you pay the sellers using there actual Buy Now Buttons not ours. You agree that we are not liable for any lost, cost, claims of any kind and we do not handle any charge backs or refunds, You will need to contact the seller for any such issues including all support questions or refund request. Selling Agreements When selling your products on eymore.com you understand and agree that sellers always accept instant payments directly to their own Paypal. When selling on our site you agree to only sell products that you legally own, No copyright content is allowed all Violators will be instantly suspended with an email re-guarding to the reason or reasons why we had to close and suspend their account. Sellers on our site agree to answer to all support questions for products they sold through our website, all sellers agree that when someone purchases a product the buyer will receive an email with the sellers contact information, encase the buyer needs it. Sellers agree that we can display their Username, Email Address, Item Location and Shipping Location on there product pages and main sales page. Sellers agree that We Do Not Allow sellers that don't offer support, we do not allow rude sellers, we also do not allow sellers to list and sell any Illegal Products such as Foods, Adult Toys, Adult Only Items, Nudity, Porn, Profanity, Swear words, Vulgar language, Casino or Gambling related products Copyright downloads or other Copyright content, sellers agree they will not sell any products or digital content that could potentially do harm to a person or computer, we scan through every single listing on our site and all violators and legitimately reported sellers will be instantly deleted, here at Eymore bad behavior will never ever be tolerated we make it simple and clear what we do not allow we also do not allow sellers to link to another website from there product pages only from there main sellers page, sellers can add there own html or text content on there main sellers page. Buyers and Sellers Both the Buyers and Sellers agree that we do not collect or share any personal information without their permission, we will never share, rent or sell or reveal our visitors, buyer or sellers personal information without permission unless otherwise permitted to do so by law, state, government, or other legal officials that have the legal rights to request such information. Both the Buyers and Sellers agree to these terms and agreements which they are clearly stated above, you also agree these terms and agreements are not limited to and could perhaps change from time to time at any given time. |
